Since arriving at the Prince of Wales 10 West Haematology Ward, the level of care has been absolutely exceptional. The staff we have seen go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable and seem to be incredibly attentive and kind to everyone they come into contact with. You can tell that it’s genuinely important to them to provide a phenomenal level of care for their patients. I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone at 10 West Haematology, they’re brilliant.
