(as a service user),

On behalf of my late husband, we would like to say a massive thank you for the care that the staff at The Geraldton Regional Hospital have given him.

Special thanks to the amazing staff in the Emergency department, HDU and Journey Room 10, Physio, Home Help, Palliative care and special thank you to Divine and his team. The frequent flyer.

Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your husband and I thank you for taking the time to write to us with your compliment about our team.

Our staff care for a diverse group of patients and strive to meet the needs of all our health consumers no matter their circumstances. I was pleased that the staff worked together as a team and were able to support you through the health care experience and offer attentive, respectful and compassionate care. I look forward to passing on your feedback to the staff and sharing the impact their care had on you and your family.
