"Above and beyond duty of care"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB Level 8 - Neurosciences Ward Prince of Wales Hospital / PB3E - Acute Stroke Unit

(as a relative),

I kindly thank Ross for all his hard work, care, and empathy that he showed towards my parent during their time in the acute stroke ward at Prince of Wales (POW).

He went above and beyond in his duty of care, he was always prompt and thorough in his work. When my parent was dismissed he rang me to check on their status and even organised aged care services on our behalf.

It is a pleasure to see just how much pride he takes in his job and it is evident through the attentive care that he provided. I thank him and all other POW staff for choosing such meaningful professions.

Many thanks.
