Staff attitude
I attended the Royal Melbourne Hospital Emergency Department recently and was seen by Dr Martin. I've got to say, the standard of care was excellent, as was his couch-side manner. He explained things well and treated me with dignity.
This was especially good considering my recent experience with my local clinic, where the doctor who saw me was not even wearing a mask correctly during the midst of a global pandemic!
