"Hydrotherapy -South West Child Health Services"

Cherie and her physiotherapy team have gone above and beyond to create the opportunity for our family to access hydrotherapy services in the South West. It has been vital to our children’s health as we have multiple children with issues that affect their ability to breathe and swallow and exercise and with Cherie’s support, we have utilised hydrotherapy to assist in their exercise tolerance and ability to perform everyday activities that others take for granted.

We have seen a significant improvement in all three children, and their ability to attend school each day and function has been significantly improved to the point where one of our children who has been unable to achieve a full week of attendance all year now managing most weeks.

We cannot fault the Hudson Road Child Health Service where we have been supported by physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, audiology and podiatry and social work. We feel very lucky to have such a great team of people supporting our children through their struggles.
