"Post Radical Prostatectomy"

About: Community Nursing (Bass Coast Health) Wonthaggi Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I am feeling fantastic after the care I received from the staff at Bass Coast Health. The staff at ED were so busy but the care and attention I received was First Class also the girls from District Nursing calling on me at home was done with so much compassion.

Then we have the girls from Allied Health, in particular, the Continence staff Dianne and Ebony; the phone calls and follow up is greatly appreciated. I feel we are so lucky to have such a wonderful Health Service here in Wonthaggi.

Dear likeablewz39,

Thank you for your wonderful feedback - I am really pleased that the care you received across a number of our services was provided in the way that we always aim for.

I can only agree that our services are First Class and that our staff are not only expert but also kind and compassionate. They will be really pleased to receive this feedback.

I hope that you continue to go from strength to strength.

Thanks again and take care.

Noni
