About: Osborne Park Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I went for surgery (inguinal hernia) at Osborne Park Hospital recently. I got the same procedure done back in my country (other side) a long time ago, so I am a little experienced with it.

Everything was according to schedule. Very quick, efficient and never felt disregarded. Watchmen, nurses, students in practice, doctors, cleaners... every member of the staff I saw made me feel quite comfortable.

I am quite happy with the experience, although I do not think am going to repeat it any more thanks to their great job. Congratulations.

If there is something to improve, please, whoever did it, do not lose my referral next time. I believe there has been an unnecessary delay.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your Inguinal Hernia operation at Osborne Park Hospital. It is always gratifying to hear that you had such a positive experience whilst undergoing surgery and that all the staff you came into contact made you feel comfortable and safe.

It is unfortunate that your referral was initially lost as that must have been quite frustrating for you and not how we want our patients to experience the services provided.
