(as a relative),

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the wonderful therapists from Royal Perth Hospital who have come to our home and enabled my spouse to recover so quickly.  Particular appreciation to Physios  Hannah, Stephanie & Serena plus speech therapist Peta.  Thank you all so much for your invaluable service.

Thank you for your kind words about the care provided to your spouse by the rehabilitation in the home (RITH) team. It is wonderful to hear that your spouse has recovered so quickly.

It is always lovely to hear when staff have left such a positive impression. I have passed on your message of thanks to the RITH team leader to share with staff and in particular with Hannah, Stephanie, Serena and Peta.
