About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 5S - Orthopaedics Ward

(as a relative),

My elderly in-law had to come from the country to have an urgent workup for surgery next week. The team were very thorough and communicated very well about the procedure, everyone from the registrar, anaesthetist and Paula the CNC for Head and Neck ensured my in-law is prepped for surgery. I am unsure of everyone's name. Paula gave us her card and assured us we could ring for assistance at any time.

So please pass on our thanks. It is an anxious time for my in-law, big surgery, away from home, but all the great support and clear communication has made this easier.
