"Level of care"

I was admitted to The Hollywood Clinic (inpatient mental health ward in Hollywood Private Hospital)

I was discharged unexpectedly and unprofessionally, I believe with a breach of duty of care. 

I felt the admitting psychiatrist was the main reason for how badly my experience went, however, the nursing staff/hospital policies, in my opinion, have a lot to answer for too.

Extremely poor communication during pre-admission and admission.

Extremely poor support in the hospital - I had to call Lifeline multiple times while I was in the hospital.

Extremely unprofessional psychiatrist, and made my eating disorder worse and my mental health worse.
