"Complaint about doctor's behaviour"

I went to a GP to get results for a blood test and a CT scan I had recently. I was in a lot of pain in my back which is why I had the tests.

The doctor said they would not give me my results and said the only thing they would tell me is I do not have diabetes. They said they would not give me the other results unless I saw a psychiatrist. I was very upset by the doctor's comments and asked three or four times again for them to please give me my results because I was concerned about my health but the doctor refused.

After their comments to me, I felt demoralised and demeaned and also still in pain. They made the comment, you know you can die from depression. I felt their comments were extremely upsetting. This doctor did not even turn on their computer or examine me and I was still in a lot of pain when I left my appointment.

After this, I attended the hospital and had another blood test and they were able to give me the results straight away.
