(as a parent/guardian),

My child had their wisdom teeth removed recently at Derby District Hospital in the Kimberley, WA.

Right from the moment we checked in to reception, we received a warm welcome. Every single staff member made us feel welcome and most importantly, relaxed.

There were smiles, clear explanations and humour, all delivered with outstanding professionalism. I could quite happily have checked in for the night myself!

Thank you to all the staff at Derby Hospital who made a rather glum procedure for my child (and their parent!) seem so relaxed and light.

Dental procedures are often very daunting experiences, especially for young ones, so it is very reassuring to hear from your account that the team took care of your child and delivered exemplary care.
