Fantastic, efficient care from the Box Hill staff. Minor flu-like symptoms, but thought it best I rule out COVID so attended the clinic. They were amazing, and are doing such an amazing job for our community.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience when attending the Eastern Health COVID clinic at Box Hill Hospital.

The team have been doing an amazing job since early in the pandemic and it will give me so much pleasure to share your comments with them. The team working in the clinic are clearly demonstrating the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility.

Thanks for getting tested, as this is everyone's responsibility to 'make sure'. I'm sure you will have your results back soon!.
