About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

My partner & I attended the Covid clinic recently to get tested after being in close contact with Avalon case. We are not from Australia & missing our families & have struggled to adjust to this pandemic, like all of us.

We wanted to thank the two Nurses who were amazing with every step of care they gave us. Their kindness & professionalism deserves an acknowledgement. Thank you Neda and Kate.

Thank you also to the reception staff (sorry I can’t remember her name) who was so friendly - my handwriting wasn’t clear and needed to be changed. We wish you all a happy & safe 2021.

Dear aquilarw63,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this feedback and acknowledging Kate, Neda and the COVID assessment team. Thank you also for getting tested. It's the most important thing we can all do to contain the Pandemic. We appreciate that this can be an anxious time so it was wonderful to hear that your experience was made better by our staff.
