"Admitted to Sydney Hospital's Hand Unit"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / 2 West & Hand Clinic

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Hands Unit at Sydney Hospital for surgery to repair a severed nerve after an accident cutting an avocado! Estelle was kind, caring and understanding.

Dear Avocado avenger,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience regarding the treatment you received for your nerve repair. I am very proud to say that we have caring and compassionate staff who are committed to providing high quality, patient-centred care for all patients. Staff always strive to provide the best patient experience, so it is lovely to hear that Estelle’s commitment to patient care is having an impact on the patient experience. It will give me great pleasure to share this with Estelle and the rest of the team.

All the best for your recovery.

Kind regards

Alan Porritt
