(as the patient),

I slipped on a cat biscuit (I later found out) and went down in the splits giving myself a full thickness hamstring tear. From the ambulance arriving to E.D. to the ward staff, the Drs, the Physio, the cleaners, the kitchen staff and the specialist who saw me and looked after me were absolutely fantastic. I have absolutely nothing to fault in any of their conduct or treatment of me. I am very grateful for their care.

Thank you to Mt Barker St. John ambulance, Cranbrook and Plantagenet Health Service (hospital), Albany Regional Hospital.
