I am writing this on behalf of my parents and their experience. My parent had a hip replacement performed at Rockingham Hospital late last year. My parents and myself have nothing but praise for all the staff who attended to my parent; they were all very kind, compassionate and caring.
From my parent's first consult and even now as their ongoing physio continues staff have treated both my parents with such respect and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They have been patient when explaining what's going to happen and ensuring they understand everything.
On a personal note I would like to thank Kate (sorry I don't have her surname) who was caring for my parent one afternoon shift. I wanted to ask some questions and she was more than happy to answer them and at no time did I feel like I was bothering her.
My parents have had a number of dealings with Rockingham and they are always so happy and grateful for what is provided to them and how lovely the staff are to them.
