Our OT at Geraldton Hospital has been amazing for our family. She made us feel so listened to, and has supported us with our child so incredibly. I never left a session without her checking in on how I felt about our situation and the strategies we discussed - she has taught me so many things about how to problem-solve my child's difficulties. We had seen other OTs before, but in my opinion, Rachel is a breath of fresh air! She really seems to know what she’s talking about, but never made me feel like she was the expert - instead, we were a team and she fought for our child with us. Thank you so much, Rachel, for all your support!
