"Always treated wonderfully"

I received treatment at Denmark Health Service and the care I received both physical support and emotional/mental support was exactly the high quality I’ve come to expect from this facility over the last few years.

The staff I have seen are engaging, always explaining procedures calmly and clearly, which allows me to ask questions, and understand my situation. They are reassuring, polite and always happy to discuss any concerns. It makes me feel safe and secure, and allows me to trust in those who are caring for me. This is an example, other times my family or friends have been under the care, and I understand have had the same fantastic experiences. 

A relative of mine is also a resident of Blue Wren Lodge, and I have nothing but praise and respect for the care staff and the nursing staff, as well as the doctors. 

We are very lucky to have such a great facility to turn to when things go wrong, and I hope this will be shown to the staff, as they deserve to know that they are doing an amazing job and that they are appreciated.
