(as a service user),

I recently had a small day procedure done at the Yarra Ranges Health clinic.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to the receptionist, nurses, anaesthetist and doctors whom I had been in contact with. Not only they were all very kind and informative but most importantly, they made me feel warm and welcomed.

I cannot thank you enough for making that day so smoothly for me.
