"Care at Albany Regional Hospital, WA"

I had foot surgery in Perth a few weeks ago.  Recently, my foot appeared red, hot and swollen.  I wanted to ensure that it wasn't infected so went to the Albany hospital.

From the moment I arrived, I was met by friendly, efficient staff.  Excellent processes were in place and despite what I perceived to be a minor concern, the thoroughness of the service provided, along with the warmth of the staff was outstanding.

At all times all staff were cheerful, respectful and totally professional.  I think we do indeed live in the 'lucky country' to have such excellent health care so readily available.

Thank you so much to the staff working in the ED that morning in Albany WA. The date of my care can be provided. You are true heroes.
