Recently, my partner had chest pains so we attended the Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital. She was treated with great professionalism and care.  

I was so impressed by the time and care that the staff took to listen to her regarding her symptoms and experience. Similarly, time was taken to explain the tests and diagnosis.  

I was particularly impressed that nurses and doctors took time to not only introduce themselves to my partner, but also to me as the concerned partner. Very kind and compassionate treatment.

Thank you and keep up the amazing work Box Hill Hospital staff.
