Wyla has helped me turn my life around. Every other rehab I have been to is like being in a hospital. At Wyla I felt like I was part of a big family. The staff are energetic and help bring you up even if you are having a bad day. They make the journey easier, quicker and more enjoyable. My Case Worker was down to earth and spoke to me like a real person. He spoke to me in ways that I understood and helped me understand the real reasons I was there. After 7 years of using I finally feel like I have the power to move on with my life free of drugs.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your experience at Wyla was. It is refreshing that your treatment was therapeutic yet not 'hospital like'. We endeavour to provide comfortable accommodation and comments like yours let us know that things are OK.

The relationship you have with your case worker is really important in a residential setting, and I am pleased that you felt listened to and treated with respect.
