"Been treated rudely and feeling unsafe by staff"

I brought my partner in to get a cut looked at as it looked infected. They are type one diabetic, infections can be quite serious if not treated. We were all happy and well, even though it was early hours of the morning. I felt the nurses were treating us like we were going to hurt them. In my opinion, they were rude and telling us that we don’t need to be angry, we were laughing and playing with our baby, we are new parents to a 7-week old at the time. We may be tired but I would never be rude or be mean to a health care worker, or any worker in fact. I feel really disgusting and felt unsafe while there. I was told to leave as I didn’t need to be there. So I left. I was then at home by myself with a 7-week old and worried my partner isn't going to get the care they needed.
