"The continual pressure on staff and frustration to the community"

About: PathWest Rockingham Collection Centre

(as a service user),

I am a transplant recipient and often need bloods taken. Fasting is required so attend Pathwest Rockingham in the morning.  This time is incredibly busy with staff required to go out on the wards, often, I understand, leaving only one person at the clinic, especially if someone is away sick.

I feel for the staff. I believe they are very good to not show their frustration, especially when people make small remarks or facial expressions.

I believe extra staff at busy times is required.

In my opinion, the day after public holidays is incredibly busy and needs attention.
