(as the patient),

It was my second gastroscopy as I am coeliac and both times I've been to our local hospital here in Healesville. I have been so amazed and delighted at the gorgeous staff there from the security guard who asked me all my covid questions to the receptionist on arrival and the nurses who got me ready for my procedure, the anaesthetist who asked me if I was happy listening to The Beatles on her playlist and the surgeon who answered all my questions - they were exceptional - so fun, and I'm so grateful to have such an impressive hospital here in our small country town full of such capable caring staff.

Thanks David - so glad they will hear this feedback directly. It's so important to thank people when we're happy with a service, all too often people only comment when they have negative feedback.

Thank you and your entire team - we're very fortunate to live in Healesville and have such great healthcare available to us.
