"Medical"

I was very disappointed with an appointment I had with an ENT doctor. I had been suffering from nose bleeds and this doctor decided to cauterise my nose. This was done in their surgery, not a sterile room, their instruments were just on their desk where I believe other patients would have obviously breathed all over them.  

I did end up with a sinus infection and had to go on antibiotics for two weeks. It just seems to me that this was wrong on so many levels, here we are fighting a COVID virus and infections are being spread this way.

I would really like to know if Doctors ever have visits from the Health Department as other businesses do, to make sure that these procedures are being carried out in the correct way.  

I found the whole visit very offensive, this Doctor would not even listen to what I had to say, they talked over me the whole time and everything was dirty from the waiting room to the surgery.  

I do not have any pictures to post. I have heard other reports on this doctor since my experience but as these are hearsay I will not mention them here, just suffice to say that based on my experience, I will not go to this surgery.
