(as a relative),

Our 9-day old granddaughter was admitted via ED. The exceptional care she received from the moment she arrived and for the remainder of her 5-day stay was nothing short of outstanding. I cannot express enough how unbelievably grateful we all are at the level of professionalism, kindness and compassion we were all shown. Special mention to Mel, Meg, Donny, Junna, Tahlia and Lyn. We will never forget your care.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your family’s experience in ED and on the Broome Paediatric Ward. I am very proud of the Broome Paediatric team! All our staff at Broome Hospital strive to deliver the highest level of care to patients and their families. It is great to see the staff appreciated, I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the team.

I hope that your granddaughter is continuing to recover well and you are all enjoying quality time with the newest addition to your family.
