About: Albany Health Campus / Physiotherapy Fiona Stanley Hospital / Orthopaedics & Ward 4A Narrogin Health Service Telehealth Service - WACHS Great Southern

(as the patient),

Was advised that I would receive a total hip replacement following a neck of femur break.

Transferred from Narrogin hospital to Fiona Stanley hospital. After the operation I was transferred to Albany hospital for rehab.

Very pleased with success of operation and physiotherapist advice.

Telehealth conference very convenient, saving travel to Perth.

Thank you for telling us about your experience. I am pleased to hear that you received great care from Fiona Stanley Hospital and Albany Hospital after your transfer from Narrogin. I’m also glad that you were able to have appointments by Telehealth to avoid any extra travel.

Our Emergency Department team is always interested to hear that their patients have recovered from their injuries and I have shared your feedback with them.

We now have a sub-acute rehabilitation service at Narrogin Hospital and while I hope you will not personally need it in the future, it is another service that can help country people get care closer to home.
