"Scheduled Telehealth conference"

About: Telehealth Service - WACHS Great Southern

(as the patient),

My alarm did not wake me up as set so I woke up late. Rushed off my morning routine. Got heavy traffic on the way. A kind driver gave way for me. Couldn’t find a car parking so had to park way far from the hospital.

Harmony called me in. To relax and offered me a coffee. She went to the radiology dept to chase the result of my CT SCAN. Another staff (Tom) came to check how I feel. Had my coffee and was relaxed when I chat with Dr Molly, who answered all my questions.

I’m so grateful to the hospital staff who enabled me to chat with my doctor without having to travel to the city.

They are amazing.
