(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to make an announcement for the Wheatbelt Health Care!

All the Drs at Narrogin and Merriden, Nurses, Health Direct, the locum Drs that call with always the right advice and the flying service we have available to transport our loved ones safely to Perth from the country.

To share my personal moment they all helped in getting my daughter to Perth, looking after her safety and safely deliver my grandson at King Edward at only 25 weeks. Pregnancy weighing in at just over 1000grams and for that, we are so thankful.

Without these people Helping! Where would we be.!!! Thank you.

Congratulations on the safe arrival of your grandson.

I was delighted to hear that your grandson was delivered safely at King Edward Memorial Hospital after your daughter’s early labour. I sincerely hope your daughter has recovered well and your grandson continues to progress well over the coming months.

The staff at Merredin work in conjunction with Emergency Telehealth and the Royal flying Doctor service to ensure that all care is given to the highest possible standard. I am happy to say that this was the case for your daughter and grandson. I will pass on your kind words to all the staff involved in her care that night.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us and I wish your family and new baby the very best.
