"Day surgery experience"

I recently had day surgery at Geraldton Hospital and it was a positive experience from the friendly clerk at check in through to the nurses and PSA staff.  

It was a very busy day however never once did I not feel cared for, I was even given a warm blanket to make me comfortable. I feel the staff spoke to each other professionally and kindly throughout the day.

In my opinion you are lucky to have such lovely staff like Tracey, Sandi, Cheryl, the lovely student nurse and junior doctor whose names I can’t recall now, Jade (I think) who was there when I came out of anesthesia - they were all calm and reassuring as I was feeling a little anxious. Thank you for your wonderful care and a patient centered experience.
