"My journey at Elouera"

When I first came to Elouera I was overwhelmed with anxiety and scared for the future, I wasn't sure if I had made the right decision but within a day I felt completely comfortable and was sure I was in the right place to do my recovery. Based on my experience Elouera doesn't just focus on the drug and alcohol addiction it helped me to work out and start to mend the trauma that I'd been through all my life and basically the reasons behind why I used drugs. I have two young children and had given them to my parents a year ago it wasn't until I came to Elouera and got the help that I needed to get them back.

I feel the staff here are amazing they are beyond supportive and it's really felt like home. I've gained confidence in being a mother again and I've started to get the bond back with my kids and learnt about myself and to love myself again. The love and support that my before and after care workers Liz and Kristi have given me and will continue to support me on my journey. Grateful for all staff at Elouera.
