"Impressive overall experience"

About: Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I went into emergency which turned into an overnight stay at the hospital. In my opinion, the whole experience was actually pretty impressive. From the time I arrived I was listened to, given adequate pain relief and taken care of. Everything was explained and my concerns addressed with patience and calm. To top it all off, the meals there were so delicious - not having been officially admitted to the hospital I didn't get to choose my meals but I was definitely satisfied with the delicious food that did arrive. If it wasn't for the pain and impediment I was experiencing I would say it was a little like a holiday.
