The process was nice and relatively quick and the staff are nice and helpful. However there was a lot of double checking information that I have already provided such as contact details even after I got the confirmation text.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us about COVID Vaccine Hub at St George Hospital. I was very pleased to read that you thought our staff were friendly and helpful.

Thank you also for noticing that our staff do re-check information supplied at the check-in desks and again prior to administering the vaccine. This is to ensure we adhere to all of the Department of Health requirements around the vaccine and to ensure you can retrieve evidence of having had the vaccine.
