I had a COVID test at the drive-through clinic. Thank you to the team who were both kind and efficient. I was disappointed however that the nurses didn't ask for the details of my GP. I understand that it was recommended by the department of health earlier in the pandemic that results were sent to general practitioners and this has occurred when I have previously been swabbed elsewhere. I hope that the hospital can see why I feel this is important and make a small change to improve the service and the safety of our community.

Dear errandpy45,

I agree! It was my understanding (and my experience) that our staff were asking for this information. I will make sure we remind our testing staff about the importance of this question. Thank you for bringing this to our attention - your feedback is much appreciated.

Kind Regards, Jan
