I presented to the Albany Health Campus recently with abdominal pain due to a chronic disease. I feel the Doctor, Paula, whom looked after myself had a wonderful bedside manner. I was there for a number of hours and she constantly updated me as to what was happening. I felt she was also very thorough. I felt cared for and well informed. I was also very pleasantly surprised with a follow up call the following day from another Doctor, Jen. Thank you.
