I attended the Albany hospital as I needed to sort out my telehealth appointments. I had a scheduled appointment on the Monday following but had been advised that I needed to attend Perth for surgery. My telehealth appointment was for a recent cancer diagnosis so I was stuck between two very important appointments. I spoke to Tom in the telehealth office at Albany hospital and explained my issue with the conflicting appointments. Tom reassured me that we'd be able to work out a solution. He rang Fiona Stanley to arrange an alternative appointment and asked that it would be their first available as it was my first appointment with them for the cancer. I'd like to thank Tom and the telehealth team for their assistance in helping me sort through the bookings.
