"Appalling experience"

About: Dandenong Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

One of the worst emergency departments you could ever attend in my opinion. I feel the nursing staff are rude, condescending and generally unhelpful. Allowed many patients to sit unattended for hours with, I believe no care, analgesia or updates on care progression. Appalling patient experience in my opinion.
