About: St George Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Went to the emergency unable to move my hand after I hit it with a sledgehammer. I felt it was quite busy and I was dreading hours of wait times. I felt the amazing nurse who greeted me at the door was so amazing. She made sure I got an x-ray as soon as was possible whilst she kept the emergency running.

Thank you for taking the time to write of your recent experience in our Emergency Department. I really appreciate you taking the time especially as it would have been difficult with your injured hand.

We are very proud of the staff we have working here at St George, they are dedicated and very hard working.
