I inquired online regarding respite and other services from Alwyndor some months ago but got no response at all.
Recently, I have had verbal contact with the person in charge of Community Programs at Alwyndor. I have organized a referral/code for this as requested. As this person was going on leave they were to hand the inquiry over to another person. As of more recently, I have received no response.
This makes me feel extremely frustrated. I would like my partner, who has early stages of dementia, connected with Alwyndor but at the moment I am getting nowhere. I feel, compared to other providers, Alwyndor Aged Care appears to treat people in vulnerable situations as insignificant, in my opinion. I am very disappointed by their lack of communication and concern.
