"Against dentists"

I got a voucher for making denture up and down, at a dental in another location. I feel the dentist did not do well so I could not sign the voucher until they make correct.

After a few months I was called from ORAL dental care Brookvale to come and take denture. I thought it was corrected. But not. Dentist was, I felt, very cruel, not polite and very rough. So after 45 minutes, I took as they promised to correct what was wrong. But when I come home, denture was the same. I don't understand how they can get my denture from the other dentist who I had a voucher for, and take me in Brookvale. As it was wrong, I went recently to Brookvale to return denture, but the dentist was not there, or they were but the workers told they were out. So I could not return and can not use to eat. I was very nervous.

State or Government paid all fees and the denture were not for use. Nobody can tell me where the staff is whom I could complain because denture are not suitable for use. They hurt me and are not well. But dentist told me it is not their obligation to correct wrong made denture but that do Oral centres. Although they take money for something that has not been done well.
