My son recently attended orthopaedic outpatients for an ankle fracture and then required surgery. 

While the department is very old and clearly needs an upgrade, in my opinion, the staff were amazing. There was an efficient system of getting people seen, xrayed and reviewed. They were all very busy, but the doctors and nurses were caring and thorough. The X-ray Dept was flat out but the 2 radiographers were polite and smiling to all the patients. It was greatly appreciated, keep up the great work :)
