My toddler daughter was treated at Busselton Emergency Department recently. She was kept in over night and received excellent care by all of the nurses and doctors there, who were thorough, professional and very compassionate.

I just wanted to thank everyone who cared for my daughter.  The work that you do in ED is so important and was absolutely appreciated by my daughter and I (she said she is looking forward to visiting you again..)

Thank you for taking the time to write such positive feedback about the compassion and care shown to you and your child, on your recent visit to Busselton Health Campus.

Our Emergency Department staff work hard to deliver high quality care to our patients, so I will ensure that the nursing and medical team who looked after your daughter, know how much they were appreciated by you both. I'm glad they they were able to make the experience of bringing your toddler to hospital a positive one for her, and for you.

I hope that your daughter has recovered well, and it is really reassuring to hear that she is happy to come to the hospital again to visit.
