"My parent's stay"

I found it to be old and rundown. The senior staff were, in my opinion, extremely rude and abrupt. The treatment of the elderly was disgusting and within the 2nd week of my parent's stay their wallet and cash, cards were stolen I believe. I had to go file a report at police as the service did nothing and no reimbursement. My parent also broke their shoulder while in there and then they discharged them while I believe still taking their payments. Based on our experience, do not put your loved ones here, did find some staff lovely but senior staff are in my opinion, heartless and cold.
