(as a relative),

I would like to commend all the team at Quairading hospital.

The care they showed my mother was nothing short of outstanding. She lived there for about 2 years and during that time they extended kindness and compassion towards her. It seemed nothing was too much trouble and she was always treated with dignity and respect. The team always had her comfort at the forefront and knew exactly what to do during difficult times such as a delirium.

I felt everyone from the kitchen staff to the DON showed professionalism at all times.

As her condition deteriorated in her final days the team really allowed my family to be by her side even if only a few at a time to comfort her.

In my opinion, all the people in their care are very lucky as I believe they tailor their care accordingly to their needs.

Would like to say thank you for caring for our mum. It is truly appreciated. I will never forget what you all did.
