After almost ten years in addiction I felt as though I’d finally hit what people often refer to as rock bottom. I’d lost my job, my family, my friends, and myself. I entered a depressive cycle where I saw no hope of things turning around. That all changed when I entered Wyla. I had done rehabs before but Wyla offered something different. Wyla allowed me to be myself, express myself and to feel a part of a family again. Unlike other rehabs, I felt Wyla never forced their treatment onto me. It was like they presented it and it was mine to choose what I wanted to take or leave.
I cannot thank the Wyla staff enough for allowing me to complete my own journey and not pressuring me into anything I did not want to do. Special thanks to Norm, Jody, Renee and Sam for lightening the mood and for making the journey fun. Adam, I can’t thank you enough for the help you gave me especially with my court matters. I believe if you are going to Wyla with legal matters Adam is your man.
I feel I can’t speak more highly of my journey at Wyla. From being hesitant to go to rehab, I’m almost going to miss the place
