"Great experience overall"

A few days ago, we were fortunate enough to attend the vaccination hub at Homebush. We arrived in the morning to face a line going around the block. We were dumbstruck by how many people had come out, and were told that the hub had 5,500 people booked in for the day.

We were a little daunted by the length of the line, but amazed by how quickly it moved. The precision of the organisation involved blew our minds. The staff we encountered were happy, chatty and welcoming - just what we needed to calm the needle-sensitive nerves. We were in and out in just over an hour including 15 minutes observation time at the tail end. 

We were blown away by just how great the experience was, and would recommend it for everyone in a position to be vaccinated. Thank you to all involved in getting this so right - you are awesome.

The only suggestion I have is with the parking costs. Maybe the parking could be exempted for 2 hours to allow people being vaccinated to get in and out and minimise additional costs, especially for those who cannot or struggle to use public transport.

But don't let that interfere with the huge thanks we feel for a great service.
