My wife and I had to take a COVID-19 test as we had recently arrived in Western Australia from Victoria. It was our second to last day Broome, but we were directed to take the test by the WA authorities. When we arrived at the COVID Clinic - Broome Health Campus I believe it was apparent that they were going to be overwhelmed by the number of Victorians required to take the test.
Our interactions with the staff and the overall experience, however, showed that they were up to the task and with good humour. Everyone I encountered was so pleasant and helpful. I felt they did a marvelous job given the long lines of people waiting for their services. They also took the time to call us individually to deliver the test results and to make sure we were okay.
I felt they went above and beyond the call of their duties, and we so appreciated the effort! Thanks again to the team at the COVID Clinic - Broome Health Campus! Well done.
