"Personal health experience"

I am eighty years of age. I reside in an independent living unit in a Bribie Island Retirement Village. On a Sunday morning recently, following a fall in my unit, I was transported by Ambulance to the Caboolture Regional Hospital. I remained there for about six hours during which time I was given a most thorough examination through to a Physiotherapist who assessed me as fit to return home. But not before he provided me with a new four-wheel walker at no expense to me. This was a most satisfying part of my experience and has given me confidence to continue my current living arrangement. Overall I was treated by all involved staff with great care and competence. I would like to record my appreciation to /1941.
